সাতটি ধ্বংসকর মহাপাপ থেকে বাঁচুন

***মুহাম্মদ (সা:)-এর বাণী :

মানবতার মহান মুক্তিদূত, সর্বকালের সর্বশ্রেষ্ঠ মহামানব হযরত মুহাম্মদ (সা:)কে আল্লাহ ছোবাহানাহু তায়ালা বিশ্ববাসীর জন্য রহমত সরুপ এ পৃথিবীতে পাঠিয়েছেন। মহান আল্লাহ তায়ালা পবিত্র কুরআনে বলেছেন, তেমাদের জন্য রাসুলের জীবনীর মধ্যে রয়েছে উত্তম আদর্শ। তাঁর প্রতিটি কথা, কাজ, অনুমোদন, নির্দেশনা, আদেশ,নিষেধ  ও  উপদেশ গোটা মানব জাতির দুনিয়া–আখেরাতের কল্যাণের বার্তাবাহী। তাঁর সে কালজ্বয়ী আদর্শ ও অমিয়বাণী দ্যুাতি ছড়িয়ে পথ-পদর্শন করেছে যুগ যুগান্তরে আলোকিত  হয়েছে মানবমণ্ডলী ।

সাতটি মহাপাপ:

সর্বাধিক হাদিস বর্ণনাকারী সাহাবী হযরত আবু হুরাইরা (রা:)  হতে বর্ণিত বলেন, রাসুলুল্লাহ ( সা: ) বলেছেন- সাতটি  ধ্বংসকর  মহাপাপ থেকে বাঁচো । সাহাবীগণ জিজ্ঞেস করলেন, হে আল্লাহর রাসুল, সে  পাপগুলো কিকি? রাসুল (সা:) বলেন -

১. আল্লাহর তালার সাথে  শরীক করা।

২. যাদু করা।

৩. অন্যায়ভাবে. কোন ব্যক্তিকে হত্যা করা ।

৪. সুদ খ্ওায়া ।

৫. ইয়াতিমের সম্পদ  আত্মসাধ করা।

৬, জিহাদের  ময়দান থেকে  পলায়ন করা।

৭. সাদাসিধা সৎচরিত্রা মুমিন মহিলার  প্রতি ব্যাভিচারের  অপবাদ দেওয়া।

   ---(বুখারী,মুসলিম,আবুদাউদ,নাসায়ী)

***তিনটি নাজায়েজ কাজ:

সাহাবী হযরত সাওবান স্ওারী (রা:) থেকে বর্ণিত তিনি বলেন রাসুল (সা:) বলেন- তিনটি এমন কাজ রয়েছে যা করা জায়েজ নয়-

১. ইমামের উচিৎ (নেতার) উচিৎ নয় মুক্তাদিদেও (অনুসারীদের) বাদ দিয়ে কেবল মাত্র নিজের জন্য দোয়া করা। ইমাম (নেতা) যদি কেবল নিজের জন্য দোয়া করে, তবে সে আমানতের খিয়ানত করলো।

২. দ্বিতীয়  অবৈধ কাজ হলো কারোর বাড়ির দড়জায় গিয়ে বিনা অনুমতিতে ভিতরের দিকে দৃষ্টি নিক্ষেপ করা। এমনটি যে করে  তার এ কাজ বিনা অনুমতিতে ঘরের মধ্যে প্রবেশ করার তুল্য । (যা নিষিদ্ধ)

৩. তৃতীয় অবৈধ কাজ  হচ্ছে প্রস্রাব্ ও পায়খানার বেগ হ্ওয়া সত্ত্বেও তাতে সাড়া না দিয়ে তা ধারণ করে নামাজ শুরু ও দোয়া  বা জামাতে শামিল হওয়া।

কথাবার্তায় পারদর্শী হতে জেনে নিন এই সাতটি উপায়

মানুষের কথোপকথন বা পারস্পরিক মিথস্ক্রিয়ার গোপন রহস্য আসলে কী - তা কখনোই মানুষের কাছে পরিষ্কার হয়নি। কথোপকথনকে আরও ধারালো ও উন্নত করতে পারলে সবদিকেই সফল হওয়া যায়।

ব্রিটিশ লেখক মাইকেল রোজেন, মানুষের সঙ্গে মানুষের যোগাযোগের মান উন্নয়ন থেকে শুরু করে কীভাবে কথোপকথনকে আরও ভাল করে তোলা যায় সেটা খতিয়ে দেখার চেষ্টা করছেন।

নিজ বাড়ি থেকে শুরু করে অফিসের বোর্ডরুম কিংবা বৈশ্বিক পরিসরে যেকোনো ধরণের সমস্যার সমস্যার সমাধান বা দ্বন্দ্বের অবসানে একটি কার্যকর কথোপকথনের কোন বিকল্প নেই।

সম্প্রতি প্রকাশিত ‘দ্য টকিং রেভোলিউশন’ বইটির লেখক এডি কানফোর-দুমা এবং পিটার অসবর্নের সাথে রোজেন মিলে - কথোপকথন কীভাবে ভাল করে তুলতে হয় তার সাতটি উপায় বের করেছেন।

*আগে নিজে বোঝার চেষ্টা করুন :

আমাদের মধ্যে অনেকেই প্রতিনিয়ত ‘ট্রান্সমিট মোড’ বা কথা বলার মোডে থাকে। এবং তাদের পক্ষে সেই মোড পরিবর্তন করে ‘রিসিভিং মোড’ অর্থাৎ অন্যের কথা শোনার মোডে যাওয়াটা অনেক কঠিন মনে হয়।

এই পরিবর্তন করতে না পারাই ব্যক্তিগত এবং পেশাদার সম্পর্কগুলোয় সমস্যা তৈরি হওয়ার অন্যতম কারণ। বইটিতে, বেশ প্রভাবশালী ব্যক্তিদের সাতটি অভ্যাসের কথা তুলে ধরা হয়।

আর এ ব্যাপারে স্টিফেন কোভি বলেছেন, অন্য কেউ আপনাকে বুঝবে এটা আশা করার আগে আপনি অন্যকে বোঝার চেষ্টার করুন। আর এ জন্য অন্যের কথা মনোযোগ দিয়ে শুনুন।

অন্য ব্যক্তির দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি গ্রহণ করা এবং নিজের মতামত দেয়ার আগে বা চ্যালেঞ্জ করার আগে তারা কী বলছে সেটা পুরোপুরি বোঝার চেষ্টা করা বেশ জরুরি।

*আপনি যে বুঝতে পেরেছেন সেটা প্রকাশ করুন :

যদি আপনি অন্য ব্যক্তির দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি বুঝতে পারেন, তাহলে সেটা প্রকাশ করুন। আপনি কি শুনেছেন বা বুঝেছেন সেটা তাকে বলুন। কিছু যুক্তিসঙ্গত প্রতিক্রিয়া দিতে পারেন, যেমন ‘ঠিক বলেছেন’ বা ‘আমি আপনার জায়গায় হলে এতো ভাল থাকতে পারতেন না।’ -এই কথাগুলো এটাই ব্যাখ্যা করে যে আপনি এই কথোপকথনের তরঙ্গে ভাসছেন।

যখন অপর ব্যক্তি বুঝতে পারে যে আপনি তাকে বুঝতে পারছেন, তখনই আপনি তাকে কিছু পরামর্শ দিতে পারেন, অথবা তার কোন বক্তব্য বা ভাবনাকে চ্যালেঞ্জ করতে পারেন। তবে সেটা অবশ্যই তখন করবেন, যখন আপনি তার বিষয়ে স্পষ্ট ধারণা পাবেন।

আপনি যে ব্যক্তির সাথে কথা বলছেন তার প্রয়োজনীয়তা পূরণ করা বেশ জরুরি - সেটা তার কথা শোনার মাধ্যমে, তার প্রয়োজনকে শ্রদ্ধা করার মাধ্যমে বা সেটাকে বোঝার মাধ্যমে হতে পারে।

এভাবে আপনি একটি সংযোগ তৈরি করেন যার মাধ্যমে প্রকৃত যোগাযোগ প্রবাহিত হতে পারে।

*সৃজনশীল সমাধানে পৌঁছাতে সহযোগিতা করা :

এডি এবং পিটার ‘সৃজনশীল কথোপকথন’ নামে একটি পদ্ধতির কথা উল্লেখ করেছেন যেটা কিনা একজনের ব্যাপারে আরেকজনের মধ্যে নতুন চিন্তাভাবনা এবং বোঝাপড়া তৈরি করতে সাহায্য করে। এজন্য অন্য মানুষের কথার সাথে নিজেকে জড়িয়ে নেয়া এবং আপনি তাকে কতোটুকু বুঝতে পেরেছেন সেটা প্রতিক্রিয়া দিয়ে জানানোর যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করতে হবে।

এটি মানুষের মধ্যে কখনও কখনও নতুন অন্তর্দৃষ্টি জাগিয়ে তোলে যেটা কিনা আলাদাভাবে হয় না।

এছাড়াও, আপনি যদি আপনার বোঝাপড়ার বিষয়টি প্রকাশ করেন, তাহলে সেটি অপর ব্যক্তিকে আরও খোলামেলা হতে, ভাগ করে নিতে, আরও বেশি নিরাপদ ও স্বাধীন বোধ করতে সাহায্য করে। যা তাদের নিজেদের চিন্তাধারাগুলোকে অন্বেষণ করতে সহায়তা করে।

এছাড়া আপনার মধ্যেও এমন নতুন কিছু তৈরি করা সম্ভব যা আগে বিদ্যমান ছিল না এবং যেটা আপনাকে সামনের দিকে এগিয়ে নিতেও সাহায্য করবে।

*অভ্যাসে বিরতি নিন :

আমরা আমাদের বেড়ে ওঠার পরিবেশ থেকেই নিজেদের কথোপকথনের অভ্যাস পেয়েছি। অনেক সময় আমরা নিজেদের সেই কথোপকথনের ব্যাপারে সচেতন থাকিনা।

অনেক সময় আমরা অন্যের কথার মাঝখানে কথা বলতে শুরু করি বা অপ্রাসঙ্গিক অন্য কোন আলাপের দিকে চলে যাই। এতে কোন কথারই কোন মানে থাকেনা। এবং কথোপকথন তার রেশ হারায়।

চেষ্টা করুন কখন এই সমস্যাটি হয়, এটার কোন প্যাটার্ন থাকলে সেটা বের করার। এই অভ্যাসকে চ্যালেঞ্জ করে মানুষের কথা শোনার এবং তা বোঝার উপর গুরুত্ব দিতে হবে।

*সমালোচনার জন্য শুনবেন না :

কিছু লোক শুধুমাত্র একটি উদ্দেশ্যেই অন্যের কথা মনোযোগ দিয়ে শোনে আর তা হল অন্যের সমালোচনা করতে এবং বিরোধী পক্ষকে পাল্টা তীরের ছুঁড়ে ঘায়েল করতে।

রাজনীতির জগতে আমরা প্রতিদিন এমন কিছু দেখি, যেখানে মানুষ বিভিন্ন দল গঠন করে এবং এই বিভাজন নিয়ে কথা চালিয়ে যায়।
মনে রাখতে হবে, আপনার কথা শোনার কারণ যেন অন্যকে ঘায়েল করা না হয় - এজন্য একটি যুক্তির দুটি দিক সম্পর্কেই ভালভাবে শুনে তা বোঝার চেষ্টা করতে হবে।

*অনুশীলন নিখুঁত করে তোলে :

এডি এবং পিটার দুজন ব্যক্তিকে নিয়ে একটি অনুশীলনের আয়োজন করে যেখানে ওই দুই ব্যক্তির সেটাই প্রথম দেখা।

অনুশীলনের সময় দুইজনকে দুটি ভিন্ন দায়িত্ব দেয়া হয়। একজনকে বলা হয় নিজের অনুভূতি ব্যাখ্যা করতে, এবং অপরজনকে বলা হয় সেই কথা শুনে বুঝতে।

এর মাধ্যমে তাদের এমন একটি বিষয় খুঁজে বের করতে বলা হয় যার ব্যাপারে দুজনই ভিন্নমত পোষণ করে। এটি সেই ব্যক্তিদের বুঝতে সাহায্য করে যে, কারও কান ধার পাওয়াটা কতো বিরল এবং আশ্চর্যজনক একটি উপহার।

এই দক্ষতাটি বন্ধুদের সাথে অনুশীলনের চেষ্টা করতে পারেন যাতে আপনি যখন সত্যি সত্যি কোন দ্বন্দ্ব বা মতবিরোধের মুখে পড়বেন, তখন সেই অভিজ্ঞতা থেকে শিক্ষা নিয়ে উৎরে যেতে পারেন।

যোগাযোগের জন্য আপনি কোন মাধ্যমটি চান সেটা বেছে নিন
মুখোমুখি যোগাযোগকে আদর্শ হিসেবে ধরা হয়। এরপর আপনি যতোই সেখান থেকে সরে আসবেন, আপনার যোগাযোগের মাধ্যমটি ততোই সংকীর্ণ হতে থাকবে।

উদাহরণস্বরূপ টেলিফোনে, আপনার শারীরিক কোন উপস্থিতি নেই - সেখানে আপনার কণ্ঠ দিয়েই সব কাজ করতে হবে।

আবার যখন আপনি কাউকে ক্ষুদে-বার্তা পাঠান সেখানে কোন শব্দও থাকেনা, থাকে শুধু লিখিত কথা। এবং যদি আপনি টুইটার এবং অন্যান্য সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমের প্ল্যাটফর্মগুলিতে নাম পরিচয় গোপন করে কিছু পোস্ট করেন, সেখানে যোগাযোগের মাধ্যমটি আরও সংকীর্ণ থাকে।

কেননা সেখানে ব্যক্তির পরিচয় ছদ্মনাম দ্বারা লুকানো থাকায় তার কথোপকথন অপমানজনক এবং অবমাননাকর হতে পারে।
তাই যোগাযোগের ক্ষেত্রে প্রতিটি মাধ্যমের ক্ষমতা বুঝতে পারাটা বেশ গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। তবে কার্যকর কথোপকথনের জন্য যখন যেখানে সম্ভব মুখোমুখি যোগাযোগের লক্ষ্য নির্ধারণ করতে হবে।

অগ্নিকাণ্ডের সময় রাসূল (সা.) যা করতে বলেছেন...

ইসলাম একটি পূর্ণাঙ্গ জীবনবিধান হিসেবে মুসলমনাদের সব কাজ ও সমস্যার সমাধান ইসলামে প্রদত্ত হয়েছে।

কোথাও আগুন লাগলে হতাশ না হয়ে আগুন নিভানোর ক্ষেত্রে বিভিন্ন পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করার পাশাপাশি কিছু দোয়া ও আমলে নির্দেশনাও প্রদান করেছে ইসলাম।

একটি হাদিসে বর্ণিত হয়েছে। হজরত আবদুল্লাহ ইবনে উমর ইবনুল আস (রা.) থেকে বর্ণিত রাসুল (সা.) বলেন, ‘তোমরা যখন কোথাও আগুন (লাগতে) দেখো, তখন তোমরা তাকবির দাও। কারণ তাকবির আগুন নিভিয়ে দেবে। (তাবরানি, হাদিস নং: ১/৩০৭)

তাকবির হলো- আল্লাহু আকবার, আল্লাহু আকবার। এর অর্থ : আল্লাহ মহান। আল্লাহ মহান।

ইমাম ইবনে তাইমিয়া (রহ.) বলেন, ‘আগুন যত প্রলয়ঙ্করী হোক; তাকবিরের মাধ্যমে তা নিভে যায়। আর আজানের মাধ্যমে শয়তান পলায়ন করে। (আল-ফাতাওয়া আল-কুবরা: ৫/১৮৮)

পবিত্র কোরআনের একটি আয়াত রয়েছে, যেটি পড়লে আগুন নেভাতে প্রভাব পড়বে এবং আগুনের ক্রিয়া নিস্তেজ হয়ে যাবে। আল্লাহর নবী হজরত ইবরাহিমকে (আ.) আগুন যেন স্পর্শ না করে, সে নির্দেশ দিয়েছিলেন মহান আল্লাহ তায়ালা।

পবিত্র কোরআনে আল্লাহ তায়ালা ইরশাদ হয়েছে, ইয়া না-রু কু-নি বারদান ওয়া সালামান আলা ইবরাহিম। অর্থ : ‘হে আগুন! তুমি ইবরাহিমের জন্য শীতল ও নিরাপদ হয়ে যাও।’ (সুরা আম্বিয়া, আয়াত: ৬৯)

এ ছাড়া আগুন লাগলে বিভিন্ন বর্ণনায় আজান দেওয়ার কথা উল্লেখ রয়েছে।

" উপেক্ষা "

অপেক্ষার দিন শেষ এবার উপেক্ষার পালা,
আর কোনদিন অপেক্ষায় থাকবো না আমি,
হঠাত্ মুঠোফোন বেজে উঠলে ভাববো না তোমার ফোন,
কিংবা তোমাকে কল দিয়ে তাকিয়ে থাকবো না স্ক্রীনে,
বৃষ্টি যদিও আসবে আসুক,
তাতে আমার কি?
অপেক্ষায় থাকবো না আমি
বৃষ্টি শুকিয়ে যাবে খড়া নিয়ে কাটাবো সময়,
ঘড়ির কাটার দিকে তাকিয়ে অলস বিকেল পার করবো না
তোমার একটি খুদেবার্তার অপেক্ষায়
মাঝরাতে হঠাত্ জেগে উঠবো না,
কখন খেয়েছ,আদৌ খেয়েছ কি না,
না খেয়ে ঘুমিয়ে পড়লে কি না
খোঁজ নেব না আর,
এবার উপেক্ষার পালা,
তীর্থের কাকের মতো তোমার উত্তরের অপেক্ষা করবো না চ্যাটবক্সে,
তোমার কাছ থেকে ধীরে ধীরে চলে যাবো
মিলিয়ে যাবো, হয়তো ফুরিয়ে যাবো
তবুও অপেক্ষা করবো না আর
এবার উপেক্ষার পালা,
বুঝবে অবহেলা তৈরি করে বুক জুড়ে কি গভীর হাহাকার।

আমি কখনোই কারো প্রিয় হতে পারিনি —
না ঘরে, না বাইরে;
না বাইরে, না ভিতরে;
না ভিতরে, না ইতরে!

আমি কখনোই কারো প্রিয় হতে পারিনি —
না নরের, না নারীর;
না আত্মীয়ের, না আততায়ীর;
না আস্তিকের, না নাস্তিকের;
না কবির, না নবির।

আমার গলা নারীর বন্দনাগীত গায়নি,
জিভ থেকে পুরুষের স্তবক বেরোয়নি,
আমার হাত কারো পা ছোঁয়নি,
চোখ কারো ভণ্ডামো এড়ায়নি,
ঠোঁট ঢুকে পড়েনি অপঠোঁটে,
একনায়িকার খামখেয়ালে আমার শরীর করেনি ওঠবস,
আমার মগজ কাউকে দেয়নি পূর্ণ বা খণ্ডকালীন দাসখত!
আমার আত্মঘাতে ঘা খেয়ে উঠেছে পেশিবহুল পুরুষও,
আমার বিষবাক্যে চিত্কার করে উঠেছে পূজাপ্রত্যাশী নারীও!

ধুতি-টুপিতে টান পড়ায় শীত্কার করে উঠেছে ধর্মজীবী ধার্মিকও,
অজ্ঞাতনামা রোগে রাগান্বিত হয়ে উঠেছে নার্সিসাস নাস্তিকও!

অবশেষে,
আমি কখনোই কারো প্রিয় হতে পারিনি!

তোষামুদে-জন প্রিয় হয় সবার, এই হলো পরিহাস;
তোষামোদ করিনি কখনোই আমি, এই হলো ইতিহাস!

"An artist’s life Manifesto" - Marina Abramovic.

The manifesto is divided into three parts — an old-fashioned list of rules of personal conduct, a portion devoted to the artist’s relationship with silence, that ennobler of speech and fertilizer of the imagination; and a section dedicated to the relationship with solitude, that seedbed of self-discovery and supreme fuel for creative work.

The manifesto itself bears the characteristic fusion of sincerity and subversion that marks Abramović’s work — although the tenets are rooted in the earnestness of her own experience, it is an undeniable contradiction for an artist who has spent half a century defying the dogmas of art by inventing new forms to prescribe a set of dicta for artists to follow.

"স্বাধীনতা, এই শব্দটি কিভাবে আমাদের হল"

 -- নির্মলেন্দু গুণ

একটি কবিতা লেখা হবে তার জন্য অপেক্ষার উত্তেজনা নিয়ে
লক্ষ লক্ষ উন্মত্ত অধীর ব্যাকুল বিদ্রোহী শ্রোতা বসে আছে
ভোর থেকে জনসমুদ্রের উদ্যান সৈকতে: ‘কখন আসবে কবি?’

এই শিশু পার্ক সেদিন ছিল না,
এই বৃক্ষে ফুলে শোভিত উদ্যান সেদিন ছিল না,
এই তন্দ্রাচ্ছন্ন বিবর্ণ বিকেল সেদিন ছিল না৷
তা হলে কেমন ছিল সেদিনের সেই বিকেল বেলাটি?
তা হলে কেমন ছিল শিশু পার্কে, বেঞ্চে, বৃক্ষে, ফুলের বাগানে
ঢেকে দেয়া এই ঢাকার ü`q মাঠখানি?

জানি, সেদিনের সব স্মৃতি ,মুছে দিতে হয়েছে উদ্যত
কালো হাত৷ তাই দেখি কবিহীন এই বিমুখ প্রান্তরে আজ
কবির বিরুদ্ধে কবি,
মাঠের বিরুদ্ধে মাঠ,
বিকেলের বিরুদ্ধে বিকেল,
উদ্যানের বিরুদ্ধে উদ্যান,
মার্চের বিরুদ্ধে মার্চ … ৷

হে অনাগত শিশু, হে আগামী দিনের কবি,
শিশু পার্কের রঙিন দোলনায় দোল খেতে খেতে তুমি
একদিন সব জানতে পারবে; আমি তোমাদের কথা ভেবে
লিখে রেখে যাচ্ছি সেই শ্রেষ্ঠ বিকেলের গল্প৷
সেই উদ্যানের রূপ ছিল ভিন্নতর৷
না পার্ক না ফুলের বাগান, — এসবের কিছুই ছিল না,
শুধু একখন্ড অখন্ড আকাশ যেরকম, সেরকম দিগন্ত প্লাবিত
ধু ধু মাঠ ছিল দূর্বাদলে ঢাকা, সবুজে সবুজময়৷
আমাদের স্বাধীনতা প্রিয় প্রাণের সবুজ এসে মিশেছিল
এই ধু ধু মাঠের সবুজে৷

কপালে কব্জিতে লালসালু বেঁধে
এই মাঠে ছুটে এসেছিল কারখানা থেকে লোহার শ্রমিক,
লাঙল জোয়াল কাঁধে এসেছিল ঝাঁক বেঁধে উলঙ্গ কৃষক,
পুলিশের অস্ত্র কেড়ে নিয়ে এসেছিল প্রদীপ্ত যুবক৷
হাতের মুঠোয় মৃত্যু, চোখে স্বপ্ন নিয়ে এসেছিল মধ্যবিত্ত,
নিম্ন মধ্যবিত্ত, করুণ কেরানী, নারী, বৃদ্ধ, বেশ্যা, ভবঘুরে
আর তোমাদের মত শিশু পাতা-কুড়ানীরা দল বেঁধে৷
একটি কবিতা পড়া হবে, তার জন্যে কী ব্যাকুল
প্রতীক্ষা মানুষের: “কখন আসবে কবি?’ “কখন আসবে কবি?’

শত বছরের শত সংগ্রাম শেষে,
রবীন্দ্রনাথের মতো দৃপ্ত পায়ে হেঁটে
অত:পর কবি এসে জনতার মঞ্চে দাঁড়ালেন৷
তখন পলকে দারুণ ঝলকে তরীতে উঠিল জল,
হদৃয়ে লাগিল দোলা, জনসমুদ্রে জাগিল জোয়ার
সকল দুয়ার খোলা৷ কে রোধে তাঁহার বজ্রকন্ঠ বাণী?
গণসূর্যের মঞ্চ কাঁপিয়ে কবি শোনালেন তাঁর অমর-কবিতাখানি:
‘এবারের সংগ্রাম আমাদের মুক্তির সংগ্রাম,
এবারের সংগ্রাম স্বাধীনতার সংগ্রাম৷’

সেই থেকে স্বাধীনতা শব্দটি আমাদের৷
