"কথোপকথন – ১"
- পুর্ণেন্দু পত্রী
-কি করছো?
– ছবি আকঁছি।
- ওটা তো একটা বিন্দু।
– তুমি ছুঁয়ে দিলেই বৃত্ত হবে। কেন্দ্র
হবে তুমি। আর আমি হবো বৃত্তাবর্ত।
- কিন্তু আমি যে বৃত্তে আবদ্ধ হতে চাই
না। আমি চাই অসীমের অধিকার।
– একটু অপেক্ষা করো। . . . এবার দেখো।
ওটা কি? ওটা তো মেঘ।
– তুমি ছুঁয়ে দিলেই আকাশ হবে।
তুমি হবে নি:সীম দিগন্ত। আর
আমি হবো দিগন্তরেখা।
- কিন্তু সে তো অন্ধকার হলেই
মিলিয়ে যাবে। আমি চিরন্তন হতে চাই।
– আচ্ছা, এবার দেখো।
- একি! এ তো জল।
– তুমি ছুঁয়ে দিলেই সাগর হবে। তিনভাগ
জলের তুমি হবে জলকন্যা। আর
আমি হবো জলাধার।
- আমার যে খন্ডিতে বিশ্বাস নেই। আমার
দাবী সমগ্রের।
– একটু অপেক্ষা করো। এবার চোখ খোল।
- ওটা কি আঁকলে? ওটা তো একটা হৃদয়।
– হ্যাঁ, এটা হৃদয়।
যেখানে তুমি আছো অসীম মমতায়,
চিরন্তন ভালোবাসায়। এবার বলো আর
কি চাই তোমার?
- সারাজীবন শুধু ওখানেই থাকতে চাই।
